Orange County is made up of many separate cities, including Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Fullerton and Orange. Each city runs its own building and planning department with its own forms, fees and ADU rules on top of California state law. Properties in unincorporated areas go through the County of Orange.

During the estimate we check which agency covers your address and what it will require, and we handle the permits and inspections for the work we build.
